Each refill is a pre-measured powder stick pack. When your bottle runs out, tear open a stick, pour the powder into your Forever Bottle, add water, put the top back on, and give it a shake. That's it. No new bottle. No plastic waste.
Each box comes with 4 stick packs — enough for a full 90-day supply.
One box lasts 90 days with regular household use.
Never. Your beige aluminum Forever Bottle is designed to last. You only ever need to reorder the refill sticks.
If you're a subscriber, your refills ship automatically every 90 days — you don't have to think about it. If you're on a one-time purchase, we recommend reordering around day 75 so you never run out.
Yes. Our auto-refill subscription sends your refills every 90 days at 20% off the regular price. The All-Purpose Cleaner drops to $20.80 and the Foaming Hand Wash drops to $19.20 on subscription. You can cancel or pause anytime.
They are two separate formulas designed for two different Forever Bottles. The All-Purpose Cleaner refill goes in your spray bottle. The Foaming Hand Wash refill goes in your foam pump bottle. They are not interchangeable.
Phera refills are formulated specifically for Phera Forever Bottles to ensure the right dilution, foam, and performance. We recommend using them with your Phera bottle only.
Yes. Each stick pack is made from compostable materials designed to meet ASTM standards. Certification is currently in process.
No problem — you can reorder refills anytime on our website. If you're a subscriber you can also adjust your delivery timing through your customer account portal.
All Phera sales are final. Because our products are personal care and cleaning items we are unable to accept returns once an order has been placed. However if something is wrong with your order we will always make it right — just reach out with a photo and your order numbe.
We want every Phera order to arrive perfectly. If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of the issue and email us at the support address on your packaging within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo attached. We will review it and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will investigate and resolve it right away.
If you receive the wrong product, take a photo of what you received and contact us within 7 days with your order number. We will send you the correct item as quickly as possible.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please wait 24 hours as packages are sometimes delayed in final delivery. If it still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve it.
We are confident you will love it — but if you have questions or concerns about how a product is working, reach out to us. We are happy to walk you through the best way to use it and make sure you are getting the most out of your Phera products. Because our products are personal care and cleaning items we are not able to offer refunds based on personal preference.
We do not offer exchanges. If there is a problem with your order — damaged, missing, or incorrect — contact us with a photo and your order number within 7 days and we will make it right.
We process orders quickly so we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is placed. Contact us immediately at the support email on your packaging and we will do our best to help before your order ships.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. We ask that cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that cycle.

Soapnut extract comes from the dried shells of the soapberry fruit and has been used as a natural cleanser for centuries. It produces a gentle lather that lifts dirt and grease from surfaces without harsh chemicals or synthetic surfactants.
Orange peel powder is a natural ingredient derived from dried citrus peel. It works as a gentle degreaser — breaking down grease and grime on surfaces naturally without the need for synthetic chemical solvents.
Colloidal oatmeal is finely milled oat that has been used in skincare for decades to calm and protect sensitive skin. In our Foaming Hand Wash it helps soothe dryness and is especially beneficial for eczema-prone or sensitive skin.
Inulin is a plant-based prebiotic derived from agave. In our Foaming Hand Wash it helps support your skin's natural moisture balance, keeping hands soft and hydrated rather than dry and stripped after washing.
Geogard Ultra® is a naturally derived preservative that keeps our formulas safe and stable over time. It replaces synthetic preservatives like parabens and is considered one of the cleanest preservation options available.
SLSa stands for Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate. Unlike SLS — which is a harsher surfactant known to cause irritation — SLSa is a coconut-derived ingredient that creates a rich, cushiony foam with zero irritation. It is 100% sulfate-free.
Citric acid is a naturally occurring acid derived from citrus fruits. In our products it acts as a pH balancer, helping the formula stay at the right level for both cleaning effectiveness and skin safety.
Silica is a naturally occurring mineral used as a flow aid in powder formulas. It keeps the powder free-flowing and clump-free so each stick pack pours cleanly every time.
Yes. Phera products contain no synthetic fragrances. Any mild natural scent comes from the plant-derived ingredients themselves — nothing added, nothing artificial.
Yes. Both products are formulated without synthetic fragrances, harsh chemicals, or known irritants and are suitable for sensitive skin when used as directed. The Foaming Hand Wash is specifically formulated with colloidal oatmeal to calm and protect sensitive and eczema-prone skin.

Yes. As we launch new products you will be able to add them to your existing subscription plan. Subscribers are always the first to know when something new is available.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments. Your payment method is saved securely and charged automatically with each refill shipment.
The best place to start is the Phera Duo Starter — 90-Day Clean. It comes with both your All-Purpose Cleaner and Foaming Hand Wash Forever Bottles plus a 90-day supply of refill sticks for each. It is the easiest way to experience the full Phera system and covers the two most-used cleaning products in your home in one order.
The Duo Starter includes one beige aluminum Forever Bottle for your All-Purpose Cleaner, one beige aluminum Forever Bottle for your Foaming Hand Wash, and 4 refill stick packs for each product — enough to keep both bottles going for 90 days. Everything you need to get started arrives in one box.
Absolutely. If you want to start with just one product you can order the All-Purpose Cleaner Starter Kit at $26 or the Foaming Hand Wash Starter Kit at $24. Each comes with its own Forever Bottle and a 90-day refill supply.
They are two different products designed for two different jobs. The All-Purpose Cleaner is a spray formula powered by soapnut extract and orange peel powder — designed to remove grease and grime from surfaces throughout your home. The Foaming Hand Wash is a skin-loving foam formula powered by colloidal oatmeal and inulin — designed to gently cleanse and nourish your hands without drying them out.
If you clean surfaces frequently and want to reduce single-use plastic in your kitchen and bathroom, start with the All-Purpose Cleaner. If sensitive skin or a natural hand wash is your priority, start with the Foaming Hand Wash. If you want to cover both, the Duo Starter is the most complete and best value option at $50.
Yes. Buying both starter kits individually would cost $50 total — the Duo Starter bundles them together in one convenient order with one delivery, making it the simplest and most complete way to start with Phera.
No. Every product is available as a one-time purchase. If you love it — and we think you will — you can subscribe after your first order and save 20% on every refill going forward. There is no pressure to subscribe on your first purchase.
Once your 90-day refill supply runs out, all you need to reorder are the refill stick packs — no new bottle needed. The All-Purpose Cleaner refill is $12.80 and the Foaming Hand Wash refill is $13.00. On subscription both drop by 20%.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your order directly on the carrier's website. If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder or reach out to us at info@phera.earth.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a day early. If it still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, email us at info@phera.earth with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.

Yes. The All-Purpose Cleaner contains soapnut extract, a plant-derived natural cleanser. If you have a known sensitivity to soapnut, we recommend avoiding the All-Purpose Cleaner. The Foaming Hand Wash does not contain soapnut.
The Foaming Hand Wash contains colloidal oatmeal, which is derived from oats. We do not make a gluten-free certification claim for this ingredient.
