Do not mix Phera with bleach, ammonia, disinfectants, or other household cleaning products. Avoid using it on a surface when the surface manufacturer recommends a specialized cleaner.

Because materials and finishes vary, Phera should provide an approved surface-compatibility guide identifying specific recommended and restricted surfaces. Until that guide is published, customers should consult Phera before using the cleaner on materials such as natural stone, unfinished wood, specialty coatings, or other sensitive finishes.

Phera replaces the traditional cycle of buying and discarding full-size plastic cleaning bottles with a reusable aluminum Forever Bottle and lightweight, pre-measured powder refills.

The process is simple:

1. Drop: Add the contents of one pre-measured Phera refill stick to the correct Forever Bottle.
2. Fill: Add water according to the bottle’s fill line and product directions.
3. Shake: Secure the top and shake as directed to mix the formula before use.

There is no measuring and no need to buy another full-size bottle when the product runs out. Once you need more, reorder only the compact refill sticks.

Each starter kit includes a Forever Bottle and four refill sticks. Four refills are estimated to provide approximately a 90-day supply with regular household use, although actual usage will vary.
